To manage and reply to your Google reviews, you’ll need to add me as a Manager on your Google Business Profile.

This does not give me access to your password, emails or personal Google account. You remain the owner and stay in full control at all times.

It should only take a minute.

Once I accept the invitation, I’ll be able to review and reply to customer feedback on your behalf. Managers can respond to reviews and manage profile information, but they cannot remove the Business Profile or add and remove other users.

You keep running your business. I make sure your customers receive a thoughtful, professional reply.

You remain in control

You can:

➡️ reply to reviews yourself;

➡️ contact me about any response;

➡️ remove my access at any time.

No passwords are required.

What happens after access is approved?

Once the invitation is accepted:

I’ll review your existing profile and recent reviews. I’ll familiarise myself with your business and preferred tone and begin preparing suitable responses.

Any sensitive or serious review will be flagged for your attention.

Your ongoing review-management service will begin in the next 48 hours (usually sooner)
